At Cage, we take the stress out of construction projects with our transparent and collaborative design-build process. Here's what you can expect:

Pre-Contract Phase:

1. Complimentary Consultation: We start with a phone call to understand your vision and set up a convenient time for a free site visit.

2. Site Visit & Design Direction: During the visit, we discuss the project, your style and inspiration, and align on desgin and architectural needs.

3. Complimentary Rough Estimate: Once we’re aligned on project scope, Cage will provide a free budgetary estimate to ensure no suprises in the next phase.

Pre-Construction Phase:

1. Pre-Construction Contract: The pre-construction contract will kick off the detailed planning work. We'll collect a deposit and begin the collaborative design process to bring your project to life!

2. Detailed Design and Planning: We will initiate detailed project design that will inform a final budget and timeline - this phase is critical to ensuring the timely, high-quality construction process that you deserve.

3. Seamless Project Management: One of our dedicated project managers will oversee every aspect of the project - including vendor selection, material selection, subcontractor coordination, and regular communication with you. We prioritize transparency, providing weekly logs and monthly budget updates so you're always informed.

4. Scope of Work: Finally, Cage will present a Scope of Work that includes the final budget and schedule - your dream home will be ready for construction!

Construction Phase:

1. Final Construction Contract: You can think of the construction contract as the go button! Get ready to see work on your space begin.

2. Construction Phase: Construction work begins! This involves all aspects of the build including subcontractor coordination, material delivery, management of the build process and alignment with your vision. We provide regular updates and ensure the highest quality of work.

3. Construction Project Management: Your project manager will be with you through every step of this process! There are natural ebs and flows through any construction project and our team will ensure you are well informed of progress expectations and upcoming milestones.

Completion & Beyond:

1. Quality Assurance & Handover: Upon completion, we'll perform a final inspection and walkthrough to ensure everything meets our high standards.

2. Ongoing Support: Our commitment to you extends beyond construction - we want to build long lasting relationships. We offer a warranty on our work and are happy to assist with any future needs, including home maintenance services.
